Allison Bennett

Allison Bennett is a global sales and commercial leader specializing in scaling fashion and lifestyle brands across wholesale, eCommerce, and integrated marketing channels. She has spent her career working closely with retailers and brand teams, developing strong partnerships that drive both sell-through and long-term growth.

Throughout her career, Allison has led brand transformations and growth initiatives for globally recognized companies, driving multi-channel expansion, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships with leading retailers including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Amazon. In addition, she has successfully led the M&A processes resulting in successful brand sales.

Allison works closely with clients to understand the full picture of their business and build clear, actionable strategies that unlock growth and create lasting value.

Selena McCartney

Selena McCartney is a creative marketing and brand leader with a strong foundation in footwear and product design.  With experience spanning concept development through go-to-market, Selena translates ideas into compelling products and campaigns that resonate with consumers and drive revenue.

 Collaborative and hands-on, Selena has worked with some of the biggest brands in the fashion industry.  Starting her career in design with Steve Madden, leading design teams with Calvin Klien, building the Katy Perry Collections brand from the ground up, and most recently launching her own namesake brand, Selena Selena, she blends the creative and strategic elements that help a brand stand out and grow.

As trusted partner to clients, she offers strategic perspective and executional support to bring ideas to life and build lasting brand relevance.

Greg Pender

Greg Pender is a senior operating executive who partners closely with leadership teams across departments to act as a force-multiplier, facilitate strategic direction, build operational rigor, and will drive results in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Spending 14 years at Nordstrom, Greg held multiple leadership roles and served as the Chief of Staff supporting the executive team at Nordstrom Rack managing a multi-billion-dollar P&L.  Following Nordstrom, he took on a transitional CEO role for a private equity-backed business, stabilizing operations and strengthening performance through change.

 Known for building teams, leading multi-site enterprises, implementing processes that deliver operational excellence including Lean Six Sigma, and aligning priorities to drive measurable outcomes, Greg is a trusted partner to clients in mobilizing around clear priorities with focus, measurable accountability, and long-term effectiveness.
